Instructions
Step 1: Boil the halved baby potatoes in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Add boiled potatoes, season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4: Reduce heat to low. Return steak bites to the pan with the potatoes. Add remaining butter and minced garlic. Toss everything to coat in the garlic butter and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes, if using. Serve immediately.
Storage Information
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat for best results, adding a bit of butter or broth to revive the flavor.
