Instructions
step 1 Preheat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
step 2 Pat the steaks dry with paper towels, rub with olive oil, and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
step 3 Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness is achieved.
step 4 While the steaks cook, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and garlic powder.
step 5 Once the steaks are done, remove from heat and spread the garlic butter mixture on top. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
step 6 In a medium pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and sauté green beans over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until tender but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
step 7 For the cheesy garlic bread, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
step 8 Spread butter on bread slices, sprinkle with garlic powder, and top with shredded cheese.
step 9 Bake bread on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
step 10 Serve the sliced steak with green beans and cheesy garlic bread on the side.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover steak, green beans, and garlic bread separately in airtight containers. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat steak gently in a skillet over low heat or in the oven at 300°F until warmed through. Reheat green beans in the microwave or stovetop with a bit of butter. Warm garlic bread in the oven or toaster oven to maintain crispiness.
