Instructions

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2. Soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.

Step 3. Toss the fries with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Step 5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy.

Step 6. Season the steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 7. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Step 8. Add the steak cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Step 9. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.

Step 10. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 11. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and sliced chili peppers.

Step 12. Toss the steak bites until evenly coated in the glossy garlic chili sauce.

Step 13. Stir in the chopped parsley and remove from heat.

Step 14. In a separate nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat.

Step 15. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny, about 3–4 minutes.

Step 16. Season the eggs lightly with salt and black pepper.

Step 17. Arrange the crispy fries, garlic chili steak bites, and sunny-side eggs on serving plates.

Step 18. Garnish with additional parsley and sliced chili peppers before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover steak bites, fries, and eggs separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat steak bites in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.

Reheat fries in an oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes to restore crispness.

Sunny-side eggs are best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated gently in a covered skillet over low heat.
