Instructions
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare a deep fryer with oil heated to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2. Toss the fries with vegetable oil, salt, and garlic powder. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 3. Bake for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy. If deep-frying, cook until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
Step 4. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Step 5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until very hot.
Step 6. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring.
Step 7. Turn the steak bites and cook for another 2–3 minutes until browned on all sides.
Step 8. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 9. Stir in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Toss the steak bites to coat evenly.
Step 10. Add the sliced chili pepper and chopped parsley, then remove from the heat.
Step 11. In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and fry the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny, or cook to your preferred doneness.
Step 12. Season the eggs with salt and black pepper.
Step 13. Arrange the French fries, fried eggs, and garlic chili steak bites on serving plates.
Step 14. Garnish with additional parsley and sliced red chili peppers before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover steak bites, fries, and eggs in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat steak bites in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes to maintain their tenderness and flavor.
Reheat fries in a 375°F (190°C) oven or air fryer for 5–7 minutes to restore crispness.
Fried eggs are best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated gently in a skillet over low heat.
For meal prep, store the steak bites separately from the fries to help maintain the best texture.
