Garlic Herb Butter Lobster Tails

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to broil setting (500°F) and position rack in the center of the oven.
Step 2: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of each lobster shell to expose the meat, then gently lift the meat and rest it on top of the shell.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Place lobster tails in a baking dish or foil tray. Spoon the garlic herb butter generously over each tail.
Step 5: Broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned on top. Baste with butter once halfway through cooking.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Lobster tails are best enjoyed fresh. If storing, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a covered baking dish at 300°F until just warmed through. Avoid microwaving to maintain the delicate texture.
