Garlic Herb Butter Shrimp Skillet

Instructions

Step 1: Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat.

Step 3: Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Step 4: In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 5: Return shrimp to the skillet. Toss in the garlic butter sauce and finish with lemon juice and parsley.

Step 6: Serve immediately with your favorite side dish or toasted bread.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat to maintain the shrimp’s texture. Not suitable for freezing as shrimp may become rubbery.
