Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Step 3: Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes to combine flavors, then remove from heat.
Step 4: Slice the brioche buns in half and place the bottom halves on the baking sheet. Layer each with a slice of cheddar cheese, a spoonful of beef mixture, a slice of mozzarella, and top with the bun lid.
Step 5: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and Italian herbs. Brush the tops of the buns generously with the garlic Parmesan butter.
Step 6: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 7: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes or until warmed through. Avoid microwaving to maintain the crisp texture of the buns.
