Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Step 3: Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 4: Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Add a spoonful of beef mixture and a pinch of cheese to the center.
Step 5: Fold up the edges and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Step 6: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of each bomb. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 7: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to retain crispiness. These can also be frozen before baking—just thaw slightly and bake as directed when ready.
