Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each round, top with shredded cheddar, and fold the dough over to seal, pinching the edges.
Step 4: Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the tops of the bombs with the garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 6: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
Storage Information:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes or until heated through. Avoid microwaving to maintain crispness.
