Instructions
Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2: Roll the mixture into small meatballs.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and fully cooked.
Step 4: While the meatballs cook, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 5: Drain the pasta and set aside.
Step 6: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 7: Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 8: Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Step 9: Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until evenly coated.
Step 10: Serve the creamy garlic Parmesan pasta topped with the meatballs and garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover Garlic Parmesan Pasta and Meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave with a splash of milk or cream to keep the sauce creamy.
The meatballs can also be frozen separately for up to 2 months.
