Instructions:
step 1 Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
step 2 In a large bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
step 3 Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
step 4 Spread shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.
step 5 Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
step 6 Roast in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, opaque, and slightly golden on the edges.
step 7 Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Avoid overcooking to maintain shrimp’s tenderness.
