Instructions:
step 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
step 2 In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
step 3 Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
step 4 Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
step 5 Roast for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, opaque, and lightly golden on top.
step 6 Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if using.
step 7 Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftover shrimp in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes. Avoid microwaving to maintain texture.
