Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Bake

Instructions

step 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
step 2 In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
step 3 In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
step 4 Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
step 5 Add Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
step 6 Stir in chopped parsley and remove from heat.
step 7 Pour the garlic cream sauce into a baking dish, layer the seared shrimp over the top.
step 8 Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the shrimp and sauce.
step 9 Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbling.
step 10 Garnish with extra parsley and serve hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips.

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven at 180°C (350°F) until warmed through, or microwave in short intervals. Avoid overcooking when reheating to prevent shrimp from becoming rubbery.
