Step 1: Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. /n
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. /n
Step 3: Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside. /n
Step 4: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. /n
Step 5: Add green beans and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender but still crisp. /n
Step 6: Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice, mixing well. /n
Step 7: Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. /n
Step 8: Serve steak bites alongside or over cooked rice with green beans. /n
Step 9: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warmed through. Add a splash of water or broth to keep the rice from drying out.
