Ingredients :
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes (preferably organic )
- 500 ml of water (equivalent to 2 large glasses)
Preparation :
- Peel the potatoes and collect the skins.
- Place them in a saucepan with the water and bring to a boil.
- Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes .
- Remove from heat, let cool then filter carefully .
- Keep the brownish liquid: it’s your natural hair lotion !
Instructions for use
- On clean, lightly towel-dried hair , gently apply the liquid using a spray bottle or cup .
- Massage the scalp to distribute the treatment evenly, then leave on for 20 to 30 minutes .
- You can rinse with clear water… or not , to intensify the effects.
