Glazed Baked Chicken Legs Recipe

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or roasting pan with foil for easy cleanup.

Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Step 3: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Arrange the chicken legs in the prepared baking dish. Pour the glaze evenly over the chicken, turning the pieces to coat them well.

Step 5: Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, basting with the glaze halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and nicely browned. Internal temperature should reach 165°F.

Step 6: For extra caramelization, broil on high for the last 2–3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.

Step 7: Remove from oven, spoon extra glaze from the pan over the chicken, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
