step 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or foil tray. /n
step 2 Cut smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces if not using cocktail sausages. /n
step 3 Arrange the sausages evenly in the prepared dish. /n
step 4 In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in brown sugar until dissolved. /n
step 5 Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, stirring until combined. /n
step 6 Pour the glaze evenly over the sausages, tossing gently to coat. /n
step 7 Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sausages are caramelized and sticky. /n
step 8 Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through. These sausage bites can also be kept warm in a slow cooker on low for serving at gatherings.
