step 4 Assemble the sandwich: spread mayo or sauce on one slice, layer ground beef, cheese, pastrami, chopped onion, pickles, and lettuce.
step 5 Top with another toasted slice and press slightly. Slice diagonally and serve warm alongside the loaded fries.
