Instructions
Step 1: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet or saucepan, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3: Lower the heat and stir in the Gordo’s Queso Dip and milk. Add garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Once the sauce is smooth and heated through, stir in the cooked pasta until evenly coated.
Step 5: Simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend the flavors.
Step 6: Serve warm, topped with your favorite garnishes like jalapeños or green onions.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of milk if needed to loosen the sauce. Not recommended for freezing due to the cheese sauce consistency.
