Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 6: Divide the dough into separate bowls for the different cookie flavors.
Step 7: Mix crushed sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips into one portion for the cookies and cream cookies.
Step 8: Add blue food coloring, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, crushed sandwich cookies, and mini cookie pieces into another portion for the blue monster cookies.
Step 9: Stir rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips into another portion for the funfetti cookies.
Step 10: Mix chocolate chips and chopped pecans into the remaining dough for the chocolate chip pecan cookies.
Step 11: Scoop large portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
Step 12: Press extra toppings onto the tops of the cookies for a bakery-style appearance.
Step 13: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
Step 14: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Step 15: Arrange the assorted cookies in a bakery box or serving tray.
