Gourmet Stuffed Cookies

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 4: Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.

Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

Step 6: Divide the dough into portions and flavor them as desired using cocoa powder, matcha powder, or food coloring. Fold in chocolate chips, Oreo pieces, or other mix-ins.

Step 7: Scoop large portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie. Slightly flatten the tops.

Step 8: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and the centers remain soft. Allow the cookies to cool completely.

Step 9: Decorate the cooled cookies with cream cheese frosting, melted chocolate, pretzels, candy hearts, mini chocolates, sprinkles, wafer cookies, and sea salt flakes for a gourmet bakery-style finish.

Step 10: Let the toppings set before serving or packaging.
