Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
Step 2: Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3–4 minutes until just tender-crisp. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to cool quickly. Drain again and pat dry.
Step 3: Gather a small bunch of green beans (6–8) and wrap a half slice of bacon around the middle. Secure with a toothpick if needed and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush the glaze generously over each bundle.
Step 5: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bacon is crispy and caramelized.
Step 6: Let cool slightly before serving. Remove toothpicks if used.
Storage Information:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. Not recommended for freezing due to texture changes.
