Green Bean Bundles with Bacon

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.

Step 2: Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3–4 minutes until just tender-crisp. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to cool quickly. Drain again and pat dry.

Step 3: Gather a small bunch of green beans (6–8) and wrap a half slice of bacon around the middle. Secure with a toothpick if needed and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush the glaze generously over each bundle.

Step 5: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bacon is crispy and caramelized.

Step 6: Let cool slightly before serving. Remove toothpicks if used.

Storage Information:

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. Not recommended for freezing due to texture changes.
