Instructions
Step 1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Step 2. Add the beef cubes and toss until evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
Step 4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Step 5. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Step 6. Grill the skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is nicely charred and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Step 7. While the beef cooks, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 8. Toss the potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, and paprika.
Step 9. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 10. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
Step 11. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, then drizzle over the salad and toss gently.
Step 12. Remove the beef skewers from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 minutes.
Step 13. Arrange the grilled beef skewers, French fries, and garden salad on serving plates.
Step 14. Serve immediately while the beef and fries are hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover beef skewers, fries, and salad separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Remove the beef from the skewers before storing for easier reheating.
Reheat the beef in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes or until warmed through.
Reheat fries in an oven or air fryer to restore their crisp texture.
Store salad and dressing separately and combine only when ready to serve for maximum freshness.
