Instructions
Step 1: Soak the wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
Step 2: Peel and cut the potatoes into fries, rinse under cold water, and pat dry thoroughly.
Step 3: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and lightly season with salt.
Step 4: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, onion powder, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and lemon juice.
Step 5: Add the beef pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let the beef marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Step 6: Thread the beef pieces onto the soaked skewers.
Step 7: Heat a grill pan or barbecue over medium-high heat and cook the beef skewers for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely charred and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Step 8: Arrange lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and red onions on serving plates.
Step 9: Serve the grilled beef skewers with crispy fries and fresh salad.
Step 10: Serve immediately while hot and flavorful.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover beef skewers and fries in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the salad refrigerated separately for freshness.
Reheat the beef skewers in a skillet, grill pan, or oven at 180°C until warmed through. Reheat the fries in an oven or air fryer for 5 to 7 minutes to restore crispiness before serving.
