Grilled Cheese Burrito

Instructions

Step 1: Lay the flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the nacho cheese sauce or queso over the center.

Step 2: Layer on the seasoned ground beef, cooked rice (if using), shredded cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Add a dollop of sour cream if desired.

Step 3: Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly into a burrito.

Step 4: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the tortilla is golden and the cheese inside is melted.

Step 5: Slice in half and serve warm!

Storage Information
