Grilled Chicken Fries Box

Instructions

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey to create the glaze.

Step 2: In another bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Step 3: Pat the chicken drumsticks dry and rub them generously with the spice mixture on all sides.

Step 4: Brush the honey-garlic glaze evenly over the seasoned chicken drumsticks.

Step 5: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.

Step 6: Grill the chicken drumsticks for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with extra glaze, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the exterior is caramelized and charred.

Step 7: While the chicken grills, cut potatoes into fries and deep fry at 350°F until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

Step 8: Arrange lettuce on a foam container, then add the fresh cucumber slices and tomato slices on top.

Step 9: Place the grilled chicken drumsticks in the center, add the hot fries to one side, and garnish everything with fresh parsley.

Step 10: Serve with ketchup and brown sauce or BBQ sauce in separate small containers on the side.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover grilled chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the fries and salad separately to maintain their textures.

To reheat chicken, place it in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes until warmed through, or microwave for 1-2 minutes on medium power.

Reheat fries in a 375°F oven for 5-8 minutes to restore their crispiness. Never microwave fries, as they’ll become soggy.

For the freshest experience, assemble and serve immediately after cooking. The cold vegetables pair beautifully with the warm, sticky-glazed chicken.
