Grilled Chicken Wrap

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

Step 3: Warm tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.

Step 4: Lay out each tortilla and layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and grilled chicken slices.

Step 5: Drizzle with your choice of dressing.

Step 6: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.

Step 7: Slice in half and serve with extra dressing on the side if desired.

Storage Information

Store individual components separately for best results. Assembled wraps can be stored wrapped in foil or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or enjoy cold. Not recommended for freezing.
