Grilled Chops with Cheese-Stuffed Baked Potatoes & Fresh Salad

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Rub chops with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and brush with barbecue sauce.
Step 2: Grill chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and caramelized. Let rest before serving.
Step 3: While chops are grilling, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub potatoes and pierce with a fork. Bake for 45-60 minutes until fork-tender.
Step 4: Carefully slice baked potatoes open. Add butter if using, then fill with shredded cheese or cheese sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Step 5: In a bowl, toss greens with cucumber and radish. Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Plate grilled chops with two cheese-stuffed baked potatoes and a side of fresh salad.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store each component separately in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat chops and potatoes in the oven at 325°F until warmed through. Refresh salad before serving and dress just prior to eating.
