Grilled Mixed Meat Platter with French Fries

Instructions:
step 1 In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, pepper, salt, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
step 2 Coat the lamb chops, wings, and drumsticks in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
step 3 Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Grill the meat for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
step 4 Meanwhile, soak cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
step 5 Toss fries with oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 30–35 minutes or fry until golden and crispy.
step 6 Serve grilled meat hot with a generous helping of fries and optional lemon wedges or herbs.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat meat in the oven or on the grill to maintain its texture. Reheat fries in the oven or air fryer to restore crispiness.
