Grilled T-Bone Steak with Spiced Potatoes & Garden Salad

Instructions:
step 1 In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, and onion powder.
step 2 Rub the marinade evenly over both sides of the T-bone steaks and let them marinate at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
step 3 Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
step 4 Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer depending on your desired doneness. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
step 5 While the steak rests, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
step 6 Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
step 7 In a salad bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and feta if using. Toss with lemon juice or vinaigrette dressing.
step 8 Plate the grilled T-bone steak with a side of spiced potatoes and fresh salad. Drizzle ketchup or hot sauce over the potatoes if desired.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftover steak and potatoes in separate airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat steak gently in a skillet over medium-low heat or in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes. Potatoes can be reheated in the oven or air fryer to retain crispness. Salad is best prepared fresh.
