Step 1: In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Step 4: Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.

Step 5: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to firm up.

Step 6: Remove from the refrigerator and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.

Step 7: Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled with your favorite dipping sauce.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store pinwheels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep them chilled until ready to serve. These are best enjoyed cold and are not suitable for reheating. You can prepare them a day in advance for convenience.
