Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, ham, peas, Swiss cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Step 4: In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Step 5: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Step 6: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through. This casserole also freezes well—wrap tightly and freeze for up to 2 months.
