Healthy Kota with Lettuce

Instructions
step 1 Prepare all ingredients: fry chips until golden, cook the egg to preference, grill the beef patty or steak, and fry vienna or polony slices.
step 2 Hollow out the quarter loaf to create space for the fillings. Set the top piece aside.
step 3 Layer the base with lettuce and tomato, followed by chips, then the beef patty or steak.
step 4 Add the cheese slices over the hot meat to melt slightly.
step 5 Top with the fried egg and vienna or polony.
step 6 Drizzle chutney, tomato sauce, and mayonnaise generously over the layers.
step 7 Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, then close with the reserved bread top.
step 8 Secure with a skewer if needed and serve immediately while warm.

Storage and Reheating Tips
Kota is best enjoyed fresh. If needed, store leftovers wrapped in foil in the fridge for up to 1 day. Reheat in the oven for best texture—avoid microwaving to prevent sogginess. Lettuce is best added fresh before serving if reheated.
