Instructions:
step 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake cinnamon rolls according to package or recipe instructions. Set aside to cool slightly before adding icing.
step 2 In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
step 3 Add sliced red bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until peppers are soft and everything is well-seasoned. Set aside and keep warm.
step 4 In another skillet, cook sausage links over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
step 5 In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
step 6 Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently with a spatula, until soft and fluffy.
step 7 Plate the scrambled eggs, sausage links, seasoned potatoes, and warm cinnamon rolls. Drizzle icing over the rolls if not pre-glazed.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftover components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat eggs and potatoes gently in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave. Warm sausage and cinnamon rolls in the microwave until heated through.
