Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, combine ground pork with seasonings for sausage. Form into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a non-stick pan and cook eggs over low heat, gently stirring until fluffy and just set.
Step 3: Boil diced potatoes for 5 minutes, then drain. Heat oil in a skillet, add potatoes, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until crispy and golden brown.
Step 4: Cook bacon in a skillet or oven at 400°F (200°C) until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Step 5: For biscuits, mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly, then stir in milk. Knead lightly, roll out, and cut into rounds. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Step 6: Plate the sausage patties, scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, and biscuits. Serve hot with a glass of fresh orange juice if desired.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Refrigerate all components separately for up to 3 days. Reheat sausage, bacon, and potatoes in a skillet or oven for best texture. Eggs and biscuits can be reheated gently in the microwave. Store biscuits wrapped to retain moisture.
