Instructions:
step 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
step 2 In a small bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
step 3 Rub chicken breasts with a third of the seasoning mixture.
step 4 Toss baby potatoes with another third of the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
step 5 Place chicken and potatoes in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
step 6 While baking, toss green beans with the remaining seasoning.
step 7 After 20 minutes, add seasoned green beans to the dish. Continue baking for another 15–20 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internally and potatoes are fork-tender.
step 8 Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
