step 1 In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss in steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
step 2 Thread steak cubes onto skewers and set aside.
step 3 Boil potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just tender. Drain well.
