Tip #1: Gently Neutralize the Stain

When a garment is stained by bleach, the main goal is to stop its action. Certain substances, when used carefully, can neutralize its effects and prevent the area from spreading.
Simply prepare a mild solution with warm water and an appropriate neutralizer, such as sodium thiosulfate, available at pharmacies. Apply the mixture directly on the stain without rubbing, and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, rinse the fabric thoroughly with cold water before machine washing it according to the fabric’s care instructions.
This method is particularly appreciated for light or white clothing as it helps even out the appearance of the fabric.
