Instructions:
step 1 In a small bowl, whisk together all Yum Yum Sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the meal.
step 2 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté zucchini and onion until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Add soy sauce and toss to coat. Remove and set aside.
step 3 In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and scramble the eggs until just set. Add butter, rice, corn, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce, stir well, and set aside.
step 4 Season steak and shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat sesame oil in the pan. Add steak cubes and sear for 2-3 minutes per side. Add garlic and butter, stir to coat, and cook until desired doneness. Remove.
step 5 Add shrimp to the same pan and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
step 6 Plate the fried rice, veggies, steak, and shrimp. Serve with a generous side of Yum Yum Sauce.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat fried rice and proteins in a skillet over medium heat or microwave in short intervals. Keep Yum Yum Sauce refrigerated and stir before using. Best consumed fresh for optimal texture and flavor.
