Instructions
Step 1: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until smooth.
Step 2: Lay out each tortilla and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over the surface.
Step 3: Layer deli meats, shredded cheddar, lettuce, red onion, and pickles or banana peppers evenly over each tortilla.
Step 4: Roll up each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Step 5: Remove from the fridge and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.
Storage Information
Store pinwheel sandwiches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh; avoid freezing as the lettuce may become soggy.
