Instructions
Step 1 Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2 Add chicken pieces and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
Step 3 Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 4 In the same pan, add remaining olive oil and butter, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
Step 5 Add green beans and onions, cooking until tender and slightly caramelized.
Step 6 Stir in soy sauce and mix well.
Step 7 Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together.
Step 8 Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
Step 9 Serve alongside or over white rice.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or microwave until warmed through.
Add a splash of water or oil when reheating to maintain moisture.
Avoid overcooking to keep the chicken tender and vegetables crisp.
