Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt until well combined.

Step 3: Spread the garlic butter evenly over both bread halves.

Step 4: Bake the bread halves for 6–8 minutes until lightly golden.

Step 5: Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce over each half. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Step 6: Add shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then layer with pepperoni slices.

Step 7: Return to oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 8: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness, if desired. Garnish with grated Parmesan and parsley. Slice and serve warm.

Storage Information:

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through. Not recommended for microwaving, as it may soften the bread.
