Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. /n Step 2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to help them crisp during cooking. /n Step 3. Season the wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. /n Step 4. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss until evenly coated. /n Step 5. Arrange the wings on the baking tray in a single layer and bake for about 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy. /n Step 6. In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. /n Step 7. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. /n Step 8. Stir in honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. /n Step 9. Toss the cooked wings in the honey garlic sauce until fully coated and glossy. /n Step 10. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat them in an oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes or in an air fryer for 5–6 minutes to bring back their crispiness. Avoid microwaving if possible, as it can soften the skin.
