Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter, allowing it to melt completely. /n
Step 2: Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides, about 5–7 minutes. /n
Step 3: Add pineapple chunks to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly caramelized. /n
Step 4: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. /n
Step 5: In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and paprika. /n
Step 6: Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to coat the sausage and pineapple evenly. /n
Step 7: Let the mixture simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. /n
Step 8: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warmed through.
For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and reheat before serving.
