Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage and Broccoli

Instructions

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set the sauce aside.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned on both sides, about 4–5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Add broccoli florets to the skillet with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 2–3 minutes until just tender-crisp. Remove the lid and sauté for another 1–2 minutes. Transfer broccoli to the plate with sausage.

Step 4: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Step 5: Return the sausage and broccoli to the skillet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to heat through.

Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warmed through. Not recommended for freezing due to the texture of the shrimp and broccoli.
