Instructions
Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Add the remaining olive oil and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 5: Return the shrimp and sausage to the skillet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and glazed.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot over rice, quinoa, or on its own.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave until warmed through.
