Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage and Broccoli

Instructions

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Step 3: Add broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.

Step 4: Melt butter in the same skillet and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 5: Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Step 6: Return the sausage and broccoli to the skillet. Pour in the honey garlic sauce and toss everything together. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly and heat through.

Step 7: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warmed through. Not recommended for freezing due to the texture change in shrimp and broccoli.
