Honey Garlic Shrimp Stirfry Recipe

Instructions

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.

Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden. Remove and set aside.

Step 3: In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add broccoli and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.

Step 4: Return shrimp to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together and cook for 1-2 more minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the shrimp and vegetables.

Step 5: Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat or microwave until warmed through. Best enjoyed fresh to maintain the shrimp’s texture.
