Instructions

Step 1 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. /n
Step 2 In a large bowl combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, diced onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper, mixing gently until just combined. /n
Step 3 Form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet. /n
Step 4 Bake for 18–22 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden. /n
Step 5 While the meatballs bake, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and rice vinegar, stirring to combine. /n
Step 6 In a small bowl mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened and glossy. /n
Step 7 Add the baked meatballs to the saucepan and toss gently to coat them evenly in the honey garlic glaze. /n
Step 8 Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat gently in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months and thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
