Inyama (Grilled Meat Platter)

Ingredients:
6 lamb chops
6 chicken drumsticks or thighs
4 beef steaks
1 large coil of boerewors (or any sausage of your choice)
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons barbecue spice
2 tablespoons steak & chops seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chutney or BBQ sauce (optional for basting)
